At AIM PERFORMANCE, we aim to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please review our return policy carefully before initiating a return.

Our return policy varies based on the type of product. Special Orders are non-refundable and all sales are final. Please note that once a product has been test-fitted, installed, or used, it cannot be returned.

For standard items, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return, provided the product is in new condition and in its original packaging.

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us directly via WHATSAPP. 

For all warranty claims, please provide a valid tax invoice that includes the invoice number, purchase date, and item purchased.

At this time, we do not offer exchanges; only refunds are available.

Return Process

1. Before returning any item, please complete our Return Request Form below. We will review your request and confirm eligibility.
2. All requests will be reviewed, and you will receive a response within 24-48 hourrs.
3. If approved, you must arrange to ship the item(s) to: SETIA CORPORATION SC6, Lot 2, Jalan Utas 15/7, Seksyen 15, 40000 Shah Alam, Selangor.
4. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
5. If we have sent the incorrect item, AIM PERFORMANCE will cover return shipping costs.
6. Once received and inspected, eligible refunds (minus applicable fees) will be processed.
